Cinch Sports Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Squadline application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using Squadline, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Squadline is a youth sports team management app. Because our users include minors, we take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and other applicable privacy laws.

Children under 13 may not create Squadline accounts. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage accounts on behalf of children under 13. By creating an account for a child, the parent or guardian provides verifiable consent for us to collect and use the child's information as described in this policy.

For parent-managed accounts of children under 13, we collect only the information necessary to provide the Service: the child's name (or nickname), profile photo (if provided by the parent), and team-related information (roster position, jersey number).

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or the app's notification preferences.
