Welcome to Squadline! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Squadline mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cinch Sports, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Squadline, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's consent. Team owners and administrators must be at least 18 years old.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Squadline is a team management platform for youth and recreational sports. The Service allows coaches, managers, and parents to:
Squadline offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings.
On Android and the web, subscriptions are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
New teams may receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your team will revert to the free plan.
Team owners may use Squadline's invoicing feature (powered by Stripe Connect) to collect fees from team members. Squadline facilitates these transactions but is not a party to them. Disputes regarding team fees should be resolved directly between the team owner and the paying member.
You retain ownership of any content you post, including messages, photos, and team information ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Cinch Sports, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cinch Sports, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinch Sports, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
